3. Strengthen Partnerships and Collaborations (Orlando Focused)

Goal: Build strong local partnerships in Orlando to expand impact and visibility.

Measurement:

• Partner with at least 5 new local organizations, such as schools, libraries, or cultural institutions.

• Collaborate with Orlando Science Center; Gatorland; Prehistoricon; and Disney’s Animal Kingdom on at least 2 major events.

• Develop joint programming with at least 2 community-based nonprofits. (Including Wyoming Dinosaurium Project)

4. Deepen Relationship with United Arts of Central Florida

Goal: Increase partnership and funding opportunities with United Arts.

Measurement:

• Attend at least 3 United Arts networking or professional development events.

• Submit at least 2 grant proposals to United Arts.

• Partner on at least 1 United Arts-funded community project by the end of 2025.

5. Publish DWABA’s First Book

Goal: Complete and publish the first book in a planned series about dinosaurs and natural history.

Measurement:

• Finalize manuscript by February 7th..

• collaborate with Bryan @aquariummaster to begin storyboard artwork, and project completion for Rextooth studios

6. Launch a Collaborative Streaming Channel

Goal: Create a streaming platform featuring multiple paleontology podcasts and creators.

Measurement:

• Secure partnerships with at least 3 other content creators by mid-2025.

• Launch the streaming channel by Q3 2025.

• Release 10 episodes or collaborative programs within the first six months.

7. Secure a Physical Location

Goal: Establish a permanent physical space for DWABA’s operations and collections.

Measurement:

• Identify and evaluate at least 3 potential locations by Q2 2025.

• Secure funding or partnerships to support leasing or purchasing a location by Q3 2025.

• Open the physical location for limited public use (e.g., small exhibits or events) by Q4 2025.

8. Increase Visibility and Brand Recognition

Goal: Boost DWABA’s profile in Central Florida and beyond.

• Participate in 3 major conferences or expos (e.g., ASTC, local science fairs).

• Grow social media followers by 25% across platforms.

• Produce at least 10 high-quality videos or podcasts highlighting DWABA’s work.

9. Enhance Educational Offerings
