Dot (@BustedButton) was born to highly creative parents who have encouraged her artistic goals since the day she was born, tightly grasping macrame she made from her umbilical cord in her tiny baby hands.

💀🎀 With a love for creating, Dot practices various crafts including printmaking, painting, jewelry making, and she holds a particular fondness for playing with her food.

She loves to use prehistoric fossils, recycled, vintage and found items to repurpose in her art. Her special interest in animal biology has lead to an extensive skull collection and a fascination for taxidermy, which she practices whenever she gets the chance. Dot lives on Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada with her amazing, neurodiverse kids.
